Insert SWF Flash Movie
Importing the Flash movie as an object means that the Flash movie is loaded into a movie clip when the movie plays. The advantage of this approach is that the Flash movie is not touched in any way. The disadvantage is that elements of the movie cannot be edited.
Importing the Flash movie as an editable movie brings into the current context the individual shapes, text, and other objects of the movie. The import is far from perfect. Things will undoubtedly be missing. Image transparency will be missing (to be added in a later version). Action script is imported but may lack a few of the commands, e.g. "for-in". Flash 4 action script may not import correctly at this time. Wav sound is not currently imported. This names a few of the problems. The major problem is in the area of shape depths. In exporting to swf, Flash often merges shapes into the same depth so on importing it is very difficult to know which shape in frame A is associated with which shape in frame B.
